Solvenaol is operated by Hangzhou Quanhuan Technology Co., Ltd. These terms govern access to and use of our online store. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to the operating company. Purchases are also subject to the Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have the involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted. Supply accurate information and protect your account credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, submit fraudulent information, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other users. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or unlawful activity. Such restrictions do not remove your rights relating to valid existing orders.

Store information and availability

We take reasonable care with listings and store information. Availability, features and prices may change, and screen settings may affect perceived colors. Correcting an error does not authorize an unagreed extra charge or eliminate remedies for materially misdescribed goods. Maintenance and circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt website access.

Website text, images, branding and design belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping; commercial reproduction requires appropriate permission. External services, including independent payment services and linked websites, may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their terms do not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

Unresolved matters may be brought before a court competent under applicable jurisdiction rules. This clause does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or a legally available forum in their country or region of residence.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms prospectively and show the revision date. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an accepted order unless agreed or required by law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
