Solvenaol is operated by Hangzhou Quanhuan Technology Co., Ltd. The operating company is the contracting seller for orders accepted through the Solvenaol store. Review these terms alongside the product listing, checkout information and other shopping policies before purchase.

Product details

Solvenaol offers seasonal decorations, festive accessories and other products described in the individual listings. Before ordering, review the item’s dimensions, materials, quantity, package contents, intended use and any applicable care or safety information.

Product photographs may include styling accessories that are not included in the purchase. Refer to the package contents for what is supplied. Colour appearance may vary with lighting and screen settings; this does not limit your rights if an item is materially different from its description.

Decorative figurines are not intended as toys or functional equipment unless expressly stated in the listing. For wearable accessories, check the stated measurements and fit information before purchase. Contact us if an important specification is missing or unclear.

Prices and payment

Checkout identifies the currency, product price, discounts, delivery charges, taxes collected by us and total payable amount before payment. Payment methods are those actually offered at checkout. We do not add undisclosed service or handling charges after payment. Import charges not collected by us are explained in the Shipping Policy. Promotions apply under their disclosed conditions.

How orders are accepted

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt; we accept the order when we issue a dispatch confirmation or expressly confirm acceptance earlier. We may seek clarification or decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. We will notify you and promptly refund captured payments for an order we do not accept. We will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without your consent.

Changes and cancellation

Email service@solvenaol.com immediately with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order. Cancellation can be accepted before fulfillment begins when the order can still be stopped. After fulfillment starts, we will check whether interception remains possible; cancellation is normally unavailable after dispatch. Accepted cancellations incur no separate cancellation fee. We issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after acceptance, or sooner if legally required. Eligible returns remain available, as do legal cancellation rights for delayed or unfulfilled orders.

Delivery returns and refunds

The Shipping Policy sets out processing, transit, shipping costs and delivery remedies. Eligible return requests must be sent within 30 calendar days after delivery. Our return warehouse is in China. Customers normally pay change-of-mind return postage; qualifying product faults and seller errors are remedied at no extra cost. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after return receipt, or after approval when no return is needed. Your order records and legal rights

Keep the confirmation and receipt for reference. The terms presented for your accepted order apply to that order unless a change is agreed or legally required. The governing-law clause in our Terms of Service preserves mandatory consumer protections and legally available dispute forums. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.
